Bookings & appointments
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid affecting other clients.
- Prices and services are indicative and may change. The price confirmed at the time of your appointment applies.
Cancellations & changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to introduce a cancellation policy for repeated no-shows or late cancellations; any such policy will be made clear at the time of booking.
Health & suitability
Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone. Please tell us about any allergies, skin sensitivities, recent treatments or medical conditions before your service so we can advise on suitability. We may decline a service where we believe it is not in your best interest.
